Shipping Policy

Century Products LLC attempts to ship all orders within two business days. However, this is not a guarantee of a shipping date, as our inventory, weather conditions or other factors beyond our control might impact processing and shipping of your order. We will send an email confirming acceptance of your order and a second email once your order has shipped.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Any orders placed on those days will begin the processing and shipping process on the following business day.

Shipping durations and costs are calculated based on item weight, shipping destination and carrier. We offer shipping through UPS, FedEx and the US Postal Service. Some shipping options are not available for every product due to the carrier’s restrictions on size and destination.

Oversized Shipments:

Many of our products, including our Soak Tank, Wave Brake Mop Buckets, brooms and handles are considered oversized due to the lengths of the boxes. That means they will be more expensive to ship. This will be noted in the description of those items. That higher cost will be reflected in the shipping section upon checkout. We will ship your order in as few boxes as possible in order to keep your costs down and meet our environmental goals.

Tracking:

We will send you an email with your order’s tracking number once it has shipped. You can track your package(s) by visiting http://www.ups.com/tracking/tracking.htmlhttp://www.fedex.com/us/track/ or https://www.usps.com/ depending on your chosen shipping method.

Local Customers:

Customers in the Piedmont-Triad region of North Carolina can choose free next business day pickup. This option is only available for customers who are within driving distance of our office and are willing to pick up their own orders. We do not currently offer a free delivery option.

International Customers: 

Century Products LLC is happy to work with international customers. We require payment in full prior to processing and shipping any international orders. Payments might take up to a week to post to our account. Additionally, we can only ship internationally using our trusted shipping/freight carriers. We are unable to use any freight or shipping companies with which we do not have a prior relationship.
